Refund Policy for Initial Purchases

You can also cancel your initial subscription by contacting customerservice@aws.org before 5 PM Eastern Time, the next business day, or by calling 305-443-9353 ext. 280 between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time by the next business day. Please note "Cancellation" in the subject line. To cancel an initial subscription, no use of the AWS Digital Library must have occurred. Before granting the refund, the AWS Customer Service team will verify if any usage took place. If there was usage, then the refund request will be elevated to the Managing Director of Sales for a determination.

Delivery Policy

The AWS Digital Library is not a physical item. “Delivery” is made once the account has been implemented by the AWS Customer Service team and notice has been sent to the Institution’s appointed administrator. This begins the 12 month subscription term as well.
